How To Get There
Emporios is located southeast of the island, about 30km away from Chios Town. One way to get from Chios Town to Emporios is by a private taxi transfer to take you there without hassle. Another option is to rent a car and drive to Emporios while stopping to discover local landmarks of the island. The drive takes over half an hour. The cheapest way is by bus from Chios Town (the main bus station is located directly in front of the town hall) and changing buses from Thymania to reach Emporios. The total bus journey lasts about an hour.
