How To Get There
Chios National Airport (JKH), also known as Omiros, is situated in the Kampos area, 3 kilometers south of Chios Town. Not far from the city, on the east coast, is Town's (Chora) port. You may hire a car or arrange a private transfer to reach your destination. Public transportation is the least expensive way to get around Chios and is also an enjoyable way to see the island. Local buses transport visitors to the most well-known tourist spots in Chios. The main bus station is located in Chios Town directly in front of the town hall. The capital is connected with Karfas, Kampos, and the surrounding villages by regular blue buses. Buses are also connected from the airport to/from the town.
