The laboratory has been operating for 35 years in Agia Galini of Crete, with the purpose of continuously creating small items and furniture from olive wood. In our workshop we only work with handmade items, each uniquely different from the other. There is no some kind of automatic production machinery. The processing, drying of the wood, and painting are done only in natural ways; that is to say, we dry them in the sun and paint them with olive oil of our own production.
However, we are aware that in the case of accessories, furniture, etc. that are not kitchenware, a layer of lacquer may be applied to the finish to preserve their color even in conditions of high humidity. For every move, we keep you up-to-date.
