Recent house sale
I had my property listed on the Skiathos property website for a while and due to Brexit and Covid interest was very slow. The good people at Skiathos property however did not give up and rallied on and even though the foot fall to the island had reduced considerably during COVID, they managed to get viewers to come and look at our house as a potential purchase option. All of my correspondence was with Lila Zolota, a nicer person you could not meet. Lila kept us informed of progress all the way through, assisted us with legalisation of the property and went that extra mile to insure everything went smoothly. We had a few hiccups along the way snarled up with Greek red tape but again Lila managed to lead us through the minefield and on to the eventual sale of our property. The service therefore, was second to none, there was trust straight from the get go and the flow of information to keep us updated as the process went along was just what we needed. So overall I cannot recommend enough the service that Skiathos property provided and the professionalism that Lila Zolota showed right through from start to finish.
