Dishonest Sales Person- Overcharged for Necklace.
I recently purchased a necklace from Mihou Eleni in Heraklion, Crete, but unfortunately, the sales person provided incorrect weight information, leading to an inflated price. As a foreign visitor, I relied on their expertise, but it seems she took advantage of my unfamiliarity with local practices. The agreed-upon price was per gram, but the weight she quoted was higher than actual. I'd appreciate if Mihou Eleni could review their sales process.
