Six traditional residences with unrestricted views of the Aegean Sea have been constructed at the position known as Sohoro in the area known as "spilia" (cave) on higher (ano) Koufonisi. It is 200 metres from the port, 300 from Hora, and only 10 metres from the sea. The homes are completely furnished, with an oven and a huge fridge in the kitchen, an LCD TV in the living room, and handcrafted steel beds in the bedrooms. Each bedroom and living room have an air conditioner. Every home has a parking space of its own. The villas can accommodate up to four guests.
