Radamanthis Villa is in Siva Village, a quiet and relaxing complex with all the traditional values of Crete. A stone-built villa from the entrance to the house leads to an open sitting area and a swimming pool (3.50m x 7.00m, 1.30m deep). Entering the house, you see a spacious living room with a fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, comfortable sofas, TV satellite, DVD, and a hi-fi system.
A stone-made arch leads to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, percolator, electric cooker, fridge, toaster, and countless other useful things).
Next to the kitchen is a bedroom with a double and a single bed and a bathroom with a cabin (with hydro-massage, hamam, and perfume therapy), a hair dryer, and a washing machine. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where there is another bedroom with
wooden floor (ondas) with a double and a single bed and a terrace tidied up to a garden that offers a great view. There is also a/c (cooling and  heating), a safe box, and an electric iron.
The villa can accommodate 2–5 guests.
