The Kiani-Skoulas Villa and Apartments are built upon a 11,000 m2 area located beside a beautiful rocky seafront looking out to the Mediterranean. The site itself is 1 km away from the small bay of Stavros and 4 km away from the village of Horafakia in Akrotiri, Chania.
From there, you can enjoy fabulous sunsets and a view of both the Mediterranean Sea to the west and the White Mountains to the south. You can relax sitting out on the large verandas, spend time in our beautiful flower garden, prepare a barbeque, and let the children play in the playground.
Enjoy a nice swim in our 100 m2 swimming pool filled with water from the sea, or just relax and tan by the side of the pool. Alternatively, the site is located close enough to spend time in the sea itself.
A number of small or bigger sandy beaches are only 500–1000 metres away from Kiani, which you can visit on foot while exploring the beautiful area. There are plenty of Greek restaurants and tavernas nearby ready to serve you dinner, or you can buy from the local grocery stores in the area and cook at home.

The apartments and houses themselves are cosy, with both a fireplace and central heating for the colder nights and air conditioning for the hot summer days. They include fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, and other facilities. Free wireless broadband internet is provided to all of the apartments.
All apartments have independent entrances. Have 2-3bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and terrace. It can accommodate up to 5 and to 7 people.
