Despite a 2005 makeover, the historic Lotza Studios located in Oia, Santorini, dates back more than 200 years and has been carefully restored, all without sacrificing the allure of classic architecture. There is a  swimming pool with Jacuzzi designed for the studios. Additionally, in 2017, indoor mini pools for the apartments were built, and in 2018 three additional rooms with private outdoor spaces and access to water were added.
